Horrible, went in to get my taxes done , i asked if they did estimates she asked to look at my forms, she seemed confused by my mortgage 1098 form. She advised me her program was new and she didn't know how to do it.after she shuffled my paperwork around for ten min she said it would be 334 and did not give me any info on my refund. She was rude and didn't seem to care at all, when I asked what was my refund she said she had to it manually and didn't want too. we'll then good day il never try hr block again. 1 star to many.
